I am currently a member of a team focused on helping develop name of clubhouse branch), a Member of Clubhouse International located in (location). Clubhouses offer people with mental illness the opportunities for friendship, employment, housing, education, and access to medical and psychiatric services, all in one place. Members of each Clubhouse actively participate in planning and organization, and while doing so, develop a vibrant support system that encourages all to participate. Currently, my team is helping (clubhouse branch) apply for grants in order to develop the Clubhouse, which will become an important resource for the city of (location). I am trying to figure out if (clubhouse branch) would be a good fit for one of the (title of grants) Grants, specifically the (title of grant) Grant. The grant would primarily be used to further establish (clubhouse branch) as a Clubhouse (in terms of resources and outreach), but considering (reason for application), I think the organization would be a good fit.
