This site was created by Active Minds at Notre Dame and Lexington House. Our collaboration began in January of 2021 and began to set a blueprint for future collaborations between other Active Minds chapters and Clubhouses. It began as two project groups, one geared towards grant writing and the other outreach. The grant writing project group successfully submitted a grant in February of 2022 and created a grant writing toolbox for future projects. The outreach project group came up with the idea to create this website to encourage future collaborations. In 2023, the partnership expanded to include the Clubhouse Indiana Coalition and Clubhouse International. Today, Active Minds at Notre Dame and Clubhouse International are still working closely together, not only to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership for themselves, but for others as well.
